How It Works

We designed this process to be as simple and transparent as possible — because we know that shipping your glasses through the mail can feel like a big ask. Here's exactly what happens, step by step:

1. Configure your lenses online. Select your lens type, enter your prescription details, and choose your preferred lens material, coatings, and add-ons directly on our website.
2. Place your order and pay securely. Complete your purchase through our secure checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation with your order number and instructions for the next steps.
3. Ship your frame to our optical lab. Once your order is placed, carefully pack your frame and send it to us at:

4. Email your tracking and prescription information. After shipping, send us an email to: [email protected] with your tracking number, your order number, and a copy of your prescription.
5. We fabricate and install your new lenses. Once your frame arrives at our lab, our team gets to work. Your new prescription lenses are custom-made and carefully installed into your existing frame. Orders are typically ready to ship within 2 to 5 business days after we receive your frame.
6. We ship your glasses back to you. When your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you always know where your glasses are. We ship from Largo, Florida via USPS Priority Mail. FedEx options are also available if you need faster delivery.

Lens Options

When you configure your lenses, you can choose from a range of materials and enhancements to match your vision needs and lifestyle:

• Lens materials: Standard plastic, polycarbonate, Trivex, and high-index lenses (including 1.67 and 1.74 for stronger prescriptions).
• Coatings and add-ons: Anti-reflective coating, scratch-resistant coating, UV protection, blue light blocking, photochromic (light-adaptive) lenses, and tinted lenses.
• Prescription types: Single vision, bifocal, and progressive lenses.
