Clear
Clear everyday-use lenses. Tint can be applied in the next step.

Transitions®
Light adjusted lenses activated by sunlight UV rays. Clear indoors, automatically adjusting to darker when exposed to sunlight. Transitions® Signature™ lenses are used as default, Transitions® Vantage™ or Transitions® XTRActive® are available upon request.

Polarized
In addition to sunscreen protection they also eliminate glare / horizontal reflection. Very popular amongst fishermen.

Drivewear®
Combination of Transitions® and Polarized lenses highly recommended for sun protection when driving.

Single Vision
Single power lenses that are used for distance or near (reading) vision correction.

Bifocal
Bifocal lenses are used for distance and near (reading) vision correction with a separating line at the near vision / reading segment. Bifocal Flat Top 28 (FT-28) lens is used as a default. Other designs available upon request.

Trifocal
Trifocal lenses are used for distance, intermediate and near (reading) vision correction with a separating line at the intermediate and near vision / reading segment. Flat Top 8x35 (FT-8x35) lens is used as a default. Other designs available upon request.

Progressive / No-Line
Progressive lenses (PAL) are used for distance, intermediate and near (reading) vision correction - all in one lens without separating line.

Anti Glare Coating

Anti Reflective (AR)
Anti reflective coating, commnonly called anti glare coating, eliminates reflective glare allowing people to see your eyes better and allowing you to see better with more light transmission through the lens. It also improves night driving vision and decreases eye strain.

Standard AR
Anti reflective coating with hydrophobic layer which is water and moisture repellent and it makes the lenses easier to clean.

Premium AR
Anti reflective coating with oleophobic layer, also known as super-hydro or easy-clean layer. This oil repellent layer helps to keep the lenses clean and eliminates oily smudges. The best value - most recommended.

Prism Values and Base Direction Help

Prism refers to a displacement of the image through the lens, and is used to treat eye muscle imbalances or other conditions (eg vergence dysfunction) that cause errors in eye orientation or fixation. Prism correction is measured in "prism diopters" (or p.d., not to be confused with PD for Pupillary Distance), and Base refers to the direction of displacement.
